Subscription, Auto-Renewal, and Billing Subscriptions are billed at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged again. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges. 12. No Refund Policy JRockStocks provides digital access to educational content, watchlists, Discord access, livestreams, community access, stock tools, and related services. Because access is provided digitally and may begin immediately after purchase, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds are provided for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, lack of trading results, trading losses, dissatisfaction with market conditions, failure to use the service, Discord bans for rule violations, or disagreement with commentary. If you believe there was a billing error, contact JRockStocks support before filing a dispute or chargeback so the issue can be reviewed. 13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Access JRockStocks reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove users from Discord, or terminate access for users who violate community rules, abuse the service, harass others, share paid content, attempt to bypass access controls, engage in stock promotion, create legal or regulatory risk, or otherwise act in a way that harms the community or business. If access is terminated due to a rule violation, no refund is owed except where required by law. If JRockStocks terminates a subscription without cause, JRockStocks may, at its discretion, provide access through the end of the paid billing period or refund the unused portion of the current billing period. 14. Donations Payments made through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal friends-and-family, tips, or similar direct-payment methods may be treated as voluntary donations unless specifically tied to a paid subscription purchase through the official checkout process. Voluntary donations do not create any entitlement to services, access, products, refunds, trading results, or special treatment. 15. Testimonials, Reviews, and Results Any testimonials, reviews, trade examples, screenshots, profit examples, loss examples, or user experiences are not guarantees of future performance.
